Over 20,000 people compete in the Quad-City Times Bix 7 Run/Walk, which is considered one of the best running events in the United States. Spanning seven miles and offering over $50,000 in prize money, this race weaves through downtown Davenport and surrounding neighborhoods. Elite athletes from around the world fly in for this event, hoping to win the prize money and the two cars that are given to the winner of the men's and women's division.
